Welcome
My goal is to make you happy. With that in mind,
I do my best to exceed your expectations. Most orders are
shipped within 3 days.
Custom Orders may take longer. Anywhere from
one to three weeks but if that is going to be the case, I
will let you know and keep you updated on a regular basis.
I make every effort to ship your masterpiece as soon as possible.

9.6% sales tax applies to WA residents.
Shipping
I will ship any way you want to pay for. My
default shipping is through the USPS with delivery confirmation.
I can also do priority, OR Overnight if needed.
International shipping:
I ship international orders by regular international mail
and registered mail. This is a good way to guarantee tracking
should your item get lost in transit.
let me know if you have special shipping needs and I will
send you a cost estimate and follow it with an invoice if
you agree.
Insurance is extra, please let me know if you
want your purchase to be insured.
Refunds
and Exchanges
If for some reason you're not happy with your
purchase, please contact me right away. Your happiness is
my goal, so lets talk and see what we can work out.
Custom orders are not refundable. If you're
not happy with your order, contact me and I will work with
you. In most cases, I will gladly give you credit towards
any other item in my shop.
Packages are shipped via First Class Mail with
delivery confirmation. Items created from 14k gold or items
over $100 can have signature service and insurance added to
shipping. If you would like to add insurance to your shipping
let me know and I will adjust your shipping accordingly. International
packages are sent First Class International to the extent
allowed by law. If you need another type of shipping let me
know and I'll adjust your shipping and send you an invoice
for the difference.
